Pile of Exhaustion

Of another sleepless night. Yesterday was officially labeled as headache-cum-tummyache day.
My diet is killing me. Terribly.

I really much appreciate on how people were much concern of my condition. And with Shahin kept checking on me(on what I consume). Everything seems like a commercial in general.
