yoga is HEAVEN.

Despite having merely 5hours of beauty sleep(eyebags ALERT!), i'm looking absolute fresh the moment i open my eyes. i was having a total late night ranting with twin sis from minor problem(conflicts, to be specific) to sharing real account of horror-goosebumps-eerie stories encountered by some peeps.
Without forgetting my cup of coffee and of 'cause, my dearie Frank to company me. (:
Perhaps, the coffee makes me not sleepy. Hmmm....

Incase you guys don't know, yoga is HEAVEN. i do enjoy every bit of it. Really really. Apart from the super-hot-heartthrob-gorgeous instructor, the session is GREAT.
The last time when i'm one yoga freak-o, the instructor was a lady. She's a nice lady but the session is not that exciting. We were like kept on repeating the same routine which is a total boredom. So i quitted. Pretty regret and somehow miss all the flexibility moves.
The Women's Day which i attended last month really benefits me alot. *winks*
True Yoga promotes their stuffs and the interest is back. My Honey(Anne), she sign up for a year membership and drag me along. She influence me back to yoga. (:

The session i attend today is called "Hot Yoga". It label as hot for a reason. *grin*
You'll sweat endlessly. i sweat a lot and the sleeveless that i wore is totally wet. Sounds disgusting but let me tell you, sweat is equal to your effort and at least i'm not some potato couch. (:
i'll upload the pictures soon once Honey pass me the cable.
